How to notify Abandoned Cart customers?
Abandoned carts mean customers who have visited your site, added products in their cart and left the site without purchasing it. We collect the data of that registered customer and have it in the store dashboard so that you can notify to that customer about their abandoned cart product purchase or send them some offers or deals to make them purchase it from your store. You can find the abandoned carts in store dashboard after
- Login to your store dashboard
- Click on Store Set up
- Go to Extension
- There you will find the Abandoned Cart extension
- Click on settings
- And go to Abandoned Cart tab
There you will find all the Abandoned Carts with the customer's details. You can set the Email content to send notification email from HTML Email Template. Once you set this, you can just click on email icon to send the notification email.
